Meet the Maker

☆Hi, I'm Katie!
☆I've been making candles since 2022 and started selling them on October 4th, 2024!
☆I've also been making handbound journals since 2012!
☆I just really like crafting! I also know how to sew, weave, crochet, and do macrame!
☆I actually have a master's in library science and have worked in day jobs in libraries, healthcare, and in dental offices. 
☆I have two fluffy Norwegian Forest cats. They're named Marty and Daphne after characters on my favorite TV show, Frasier. My husband nixed having cats name Father Mike and Bulldog.
☆My favorite genres of books are thrillers, mysteries, and suspense, with some horror thrown in.
☆Cascadia Candles is an amalgamation of witchy, bookish, and nature-inspired candles and wax melts.
