Refund policy

At Cascadia Candles, all candles, wax melts, room sprays, and beard balms are created and poured by hand. This may cause variations in each item from each other and the pictures on this website. All products are inspected before leaving the studio and packaged accordingly to arrive at your door safe and sound. Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

If your product is damaged upon arrival, please email us at cascadiacandles@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery.
